ALAN-MICHAEL HILL
MANAGING PARTNER
Alan-Michael is a Managing Partner of the firm and focuses on originations, deal execution, and capital markets.
Prior to Obsidian, Alan-Michael was a Director at Apollo Global Management in structured finance where he covered and invested in non-bank lenders and operating companies in a variety of asset classes. He is also a former
investment banker with Goldman Sachs where he provided strategic advice to large commercial banks with extensive REO portfolios and specialty lenders. Alan-Michael holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
ANTHONY PERRY
MANAGING PARTNER
Anthony is a Managing Partner of the firm and focuses on originations, deal execution, and asset management.
Prior to Obsidian, Anthony was an
Operations Executive at KKR, driving value creation initiatives across their private
equity portfolio. At KKR, Anthony found
cost-savings and implemented synergies to
portfolio companies worth a collective $10bn in asset value. He is also a former consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on revenue maximization for Fortune 500 companies. In each role, Anthony intently focused on right-sizing the P&L of companies across industries. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
KWYNASIA YOUNG
ASSOCIATE
Kwynasia is an Associate of the firm and focuses on originations, deal execution, and asset management.
Prior to Obsidian, Kwynasia made significant contributions as an Associate at PGIM Real
Estate, driving value creation through strategic asset management in diverse sectors including retail, office, and life science. Kwynasia holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
